Additional information / Disclaimer:

• To prevent theft of our kayaks there is a deposit per kayak required of either 1.000€ or an ID document must be left behind

• There is a 30 min grace period, if kayaks are delivered later, a charge for an additional time slot will be charged

• We do not deliver/retrieve the kayak to you or to the beach, the kayak must be picked up and delivered from our location:

  • Pick up/ drop off  location: Rua da Costa Doiro 28, Lagos, Portugal

• Max weight per person is 95 kg, capacity of 2 people

• Recommended children age is above 3 years, children (3-12) must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for them

• This is a rental not a tour, you are responsible for checking the weather conditions. We do not provide refunds but we may provide a voucher to use the kayak another day, cancelations must be done 30 days prior the rental date

• Sadly we cannot allow pets due to the scratching of the kayaks (but we have Pet Friendly regular kayaks available, inquire on whatsapp please)

• Recommendations: we recommend bringing water, swimsuits, sunscreen, light snacks, a camera! 

• Guests must complete liability form including personal electronic and goods loss/damage waiver, and liability form for damages to the kayak/items provided

• We are not responsible for any damages / loss to personal items

• You can only use the kayak up to 300 meters from the coast

• It is illegal to use the kayak between sunset and sunrise

• During the bathing season, it is illegal to use the kayak in concessioned areas reserved for bathing (marked by buoys in the water and flags in the sand)

• The practitioner must have mobile communications capable of communicating with the national emergency number (112) in the event of an accident;
